Shipping Policy

Items are usually processed within 24 hours and can take up to 4 days in some circumstances. We ship items out as soon as possible.

 

We ship internationally to most countries. For EU customers, please allow up to 15 days after processing for delivery. Covid-19, holidays, or vacations may affect shipping times beyond our control.

 

We have items housed in more than one location to minimize shipping time when possible. We are a small business with a limited number of employees, so occasional delays may happen. There will be a notification on our website for these occurrences.

 

To let items to you as soon as possible, some items may ship separately. Items affected are usually marked in the description to notify you before placing your order. If you have questions about a product in a particular variant, please email us before placing your order.

 

EU Customers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
